We run factory here in Thailand. All our products are hand cut and hand-stitched, totally hand made.

    • We ship worldwide. Item ships in 3-5 business days!
    • When you spend $100 or more shipping is absolutely free with recorded delivery.
    • We recommend using recorded delivery as that way you can track the progress of your item, offering more security. Please be aware that shipments to the UAE are often returned to us undelivered.

Delivery: 10-20 days (ships out within 3-5 business days)
Recommend: US customer can purchase from with free shipping in 3 days.

  1. Sales taxes & duties

When you purchase an item from us for delivery, your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information we advise you to contact your local customs office. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Cotton Rose Boho.
If you abandon your order, we will not re-ship it for free.

  1. When will I receive my order?
We process and post orders within 3-5 business days, and generally, it takes between 10-25 days to reach most destinations from Thailand with Standard and Recorded delivery. Occasionally pants can take a little longer than this to arrive but this is not common, and most parcels arrive before 18 days. If using EMS Express your package will arrive after 5-10 days. Shipments with Recorded and EMS delivery will require a signature on delivery.
  1. I ordered something, but want to cancel
Once an order is purchased, it is automatically sent to our processing hub for dispatch.

  1. How can I be sure my items will fit?
Be sure to check out our Sizes & Fitting Guide for our Harem Pants. They have an elasticated waist and ankles meaning they are one size fits most from sizes between XS-L! They are going to fit you like a dream, and if they don't you may return them.

Whilst we're very confident that you are going to love your purchase from us, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We're not going to force you to keep an item you don't want.
